We believe jewellery should feel personal, not mass-produced. That’s why each item is carefully created to ensure quality, finishing, and craftsmanship meet our standards before it reaches you.

Processing Time

• Ready-to-ship items are usually processed within 2–4 business days.
• Handmade and made-to-order pieces typically require 7–14 business days for crafting and preparation.
• Personalized or custom jewellery may require additional time depending on the design requirements.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with shipment details.

Delivery Time

We currently deliver across Pakistan.

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

• Major cities: 2–5 business days
• Other areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or high order volume.

Urgent / Express Orders

If you require your order urgently, please contact us before placing your order. Express processing and delivery may be available for selected products with additional charges.
